Meatheads Burgers and Fries

This was my families first trip to a Meatheads. It will not be our last. Fantastic burgers and fries served much faster than I expected. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Staff brings food out to your table. They are good about making certain your order is right and they take care of bussing your table.

I've always loved Meatheads, but in late 2018 this particular location really stood out. My mom was in a wheelchair at the time fighting stage 4 breast cancer. She asked me to walk her to Meatheads so she could get some fresh air. The sidewalks were a nightmare and one section was was almost completely blocked by construction barrels (I guess the construction workers didn't think about handicapped people when they put them there).

When we arrived, two staff people rushed out to get the doors before I could even grab the handle. They let my mom order from a convenient place by the counter, and even held the door for us when we went to sit outside. The staff was there to help at every step and anticipated the my mom's needs before we ever had to ask. Most importantly, they treated my mom like a person. The staff spoke to her as if the chare were not there.

Many restaurants were difficult to enter, as they did not have handicapped doors and I usually had to struggle with booth door and chair simultaneously. I really appreciate the care this restaurant took in giving my mom an enjoyable meal near the end of her life.

Tried it for the first time this evening - compares very favorably to a five guys. Good tasting burgers with premium options for toppings; my wife had one with fried egg. Inexpensive for what you get. Try the Cajun fries with jalepeno ketchup!

Simply put, the food is amazing and matched by their speed of service. Even when a small miscommunication occurred, they resolved it themselves so that I could have the experience I wanted while dining out. 7/5 would eat there again.

Cashier was nice and smiled. Burgers and fries were delicious as they have been every visit for us. Having those drink machines where you can choose (seem like) hundreds of different oprions is an awesome addition. Love this place!
