Nom Nom Noodle

Hands down the best ramen shop in blono. My new favorite place to eat. Was not disappointed at all and staff was excellent. Will be back again and highly recommend.

Great ramen spot! A lot of people on Saturday when we visited.
Noodle is on the hard side, but very flavorful soup and egg, not a lot of soup (hence - one star; maybe it was just so tasty so I wanted more..) teas are good, too. We ordered pork ramen, thickest slice of pork belly that I have ever seen in ramen. If you want a bowl of hearty ramen in Normal, this is the place!

Do yourself a favor: don't finish reading this or other reviews - just go to Nom Nom Noodle now. Seriously, it's that good. It's everything I've ever wanted out of a ramen restaurant. I got their chicken ramen and it was INCREDIBLE, even as takeout. The chicken was supremely juicy and tender and the rest of the ramen was just as good. The potstickers were also good, but the star of the show was the ramen. Just to die for. I'll be a frequent customer.

Very excited about a good ramen place in town. I enjoyed the chicken ramen and the pork potstickers. My only critique is I wish there was a little more chicken

I was invited for a soft launch. I had the pork belly ramen. While it does differ from ramen I had in Tokyo, it's at par with some of the best I had in the US.
