Starbucks

Genesis helped us at the counter and was very helpful! As a Type One diabetic, it is so nice to have someone else take care to make sure I'm getting the correct sugar-free option! I'm sorry that I don’t know the names of the other two who were working but they got our drinks and food out to us very quickly and made it exactly right. I also saw them wiling down their work area between every drink and the Starbucks overall was as sparkling, thank you for your great service today!

I order a drink that’s always made with an added flavor and milk substitute and it’s always been consistent (if not a little better at times) and tastes the same as other Starbucks in town. Customer service has been really great. The only thing I’ve not liked since coming here once they opened….the video of the person taking my order! It’s only happened once but come on. Give the employees a break! They will be ‘customer facing’ once the customer gets to the window. The video during ordering is sci-fi like, a little awkward and I’m hoping they can’t see me 😂
