Fiala Brothers Brewery & Beer Hall

I thought the grilled cheese was done very well. I love the crunchy outside 😁. The beer choices were quite varied. The 3rd floor veranda overlooking Uptown was lots of fun.

Fiala Brothers Brewery gives off a great Vibe when entering, the atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the open windows with two upstairs beer gardens are a nice touch.
I tried the Nashville with slaw and a beer and became an instant fan. A must try 👌

This is my second trip with friends this week alone. We had the pleasure of meeting Scotty, Zac, and several others on staff. Excellent folks who in my opinion have made a big statement with their brewery!

Well worth the visit to Fiala Brothers Brewery & Beer Hall. The attention to detail is evident throughout. It's got great flow to move from area to area, creating a new atmosphere from floor to floor, or out on the rooftop. Great view from there as well. The beer selection is perfect and the food is great. I know someone wrote a review to improve the mac n cheese, but I would actually eat a bucket of it.

Great addition to Uptown! They carry beer from various breweries and will have their own soon. We had the tomato soup, potato salad, portobello grilled cheese, and the caprese grilled cheese. The sandwiches were nice and toasty! They are not a full sandwich size as I had thought they would be. The potato salad was very good but does tend to be a little sweet. There's plenty of spots to enjoy a drink with friends and the balcony view is a refreshing experience!

Opening day review!! Lovely drinks and atmosphere! The food was great, but lacked some simple bar food options. More seating would be ideal especially on the rooftop where it is standing only. I have high hopes for better organization in the future. I hope to come back again and be able to find more seating options rather than standing tables and a better organizational strategy!
