Proving Ground Café

First visit and I was very pleased, breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent????????

The food and the drinks were amazing. $5 Bloody Mary with a slice of bacon! The nitro cold brew was very tasty. Would have liked a larger amount for the price. The food was very delicious and the potatoes were mixed with sweet potatoes.

Proving Ground has a nice chilled out atmosphere. They have a nice selection of of different types of drinks, sweets, and food. The food is really good. The coffee's and teas are great. They have in house seasonal flavors that they make for coffee. They also try to source from locally owned businesses. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Overall I had a really good experience.

Proving Ground Cafe is a wonderful coffee shop! My experience occurred on a Saturday morning trying to buy for three different people. The waitress was very friendly and helpful giving suggestions on flavors. I bought a honey lavender drink, cappuccino, and regular coffee. Mine was the coffee-fresh, hot, and delicious. The two others I bought for said the same. I didn't order food but saw the meals others ordered. They looked appetizing with large portions. I will be back for a meal. Proving Ground Cafe is a great asset to Columbia. This is my new go to for a high quality cup of coffee!

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. My husband ordered the turkey sandwich and was very happy with it. The bacon was delicious. The pork tacos are really good as are the PG potatoes. The latte is good, but I did not care for the oat milk.
