Steak 'n Shake

This is a good place to eat. It has handicapped parking and handicapped seating. Parking is free. It was very busy when we ordered. However, we got our food in a very timely manner even as packed as it was with people waiting to be seated and the drive thru was also busy. Service was friendly and she kept checking with us to make sure everything was good. The food was eye appealing, hot and delicious. Great place to bring kids. I plan on eating here in the very near future.

Waitress was an older woman who was wonderful (didnt catch her name). Food was ready very quickly, the place was clean. The rest of the staff were very nice as well. Will be returning!

I have been a customer just twice at two different S&S locations including Litchfield. The burgers were very good. Tasty as heck, good works items, very good. The restaurants are pleasing to the eye, and kind of fun. Too bad the french fries are so tiny. For some unknowable reason, S&S is one of those chain restaurants using skinny little french fries. Just not much good at all.
The milk shakes look great, but I did not try. Overall 4 Stars is generous considering the poor fries.

Great service and promptly served food. It's nice and hot and the waitress would ask me if I needed anything every time she walked by and she never forgot my shake that I was ordering at the end. So I say good food good service great place to eat. Family friendly I will be back
