Is ok. Dont like the texture of the eggs though! All else good.

very strong flavored coffee today wake me up this afternoon and the donuts were very soft and yummy

Tried my first frozen coffee at DD and it was excellent! The staff was polite and service was quick. I think it’s sad that the community is judging the entire Dunkin donut experience on one bad experience with a deaf person. Go try the place for yourself and don’t be like the Jacksonville sheep and all follow each other mindlessly. Try it for yourself it’s delicious and an asset to the tiny Jacksonville community that never brings in any new businesses!!!!

The staff here is nice. They always get my order right each time. & the issue with the deaf person wasn’t handled wrong. The staff @ DD was trying to service him inside the store because it would’ve been easier to understand him better using sign language instead of in the drive thru. I thought it was a bad call to get the police involved in a misunderstood situation.

Well 2 weeks ago my order was correct so I gave them 5 stars but today it was incorrect and also getting inside the store you had to walk over ice piles and I felt dangerous trying to get to door and I thought it was weird they didn't take care of the parking lot since it was almost 10am. Hopefully they focus more on how they prepare your drink and food moving forward.
