This place could really use more professional staffing for the evening shift! In the last 18 months that we've resided in the countryside of Jacksonville we have only visited about 10-12 times max, all after 5pm. Of which literally only 3 times that I can recall have we not had our order messed up! This last particular visit the staff was more interested in talking to each about their social life and the last "chick" in the drive thru then to realize that they had customers waiting to order up front. They did the very same thing again to a woman and her two daughters that came in about 5 to 10 minutes behind us so after she got tired of standing around with no welcome hello or person to wait on them she used the mobile order service! That's honestly sad! Gave a 3 star rating only because the food is decent but the staff should focus on work inside of work and have appropriate conversations when customers can hear it. It would greatly increase the amount of wasted food as well because the mistakes would greatly decrease I'm sure!

Typical Taco Bell. What stood out was the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. One employee came around to tables to check on us which is not typical! We had an issue with an item and she cheerfully fixed the issue. Best experience with staff ever!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is usually ready in less than 2 minutes and very tasty. They could use more organic, locally grown options. As far as the sitting area, it was clean and ready for customers. There are plenty of choices when it comes to beverages. They have a self ordering tablets, in case there is a long line.

Great service, hot food & reasonably priced! What more could you ask for! They are willing to add or take away to you favorite taco or whatever it is you are ordering too! Being a vegetarian who can't have spicy food they still manage to take care of me!
