Granted pastrami is a bit harder of a meat to find so that makes the place all the better. There are probably at least 15 dinerys in and around Oregon and I've tried them all but I continue to go back to Spring Valley for many reasons. First and foremost is because of the fair, of course! I've never really had a major complaint about the food because as far as I am concerned it is always plentiful, tasty and fresh. The soup which varies day to day is to die for. If you like plain, simple, country cooking which will give you absolutely every reason to feel satiated and satisfied, this is the place to go. If you walk away from the table after finishing your meal and aren't pleasantly fulfilled, it yo' own damn fault. One thing, tell them to put the shredded cheese on the side......they overdue that sometimes.”
