Great service and some of the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had since moving here from Los Angeles. Try the carnitas and Chile verde with pork!

Great food, great service and very clean! They were fairly busy when we got there at 6 pm on a Saturday but we were still seated quickly. We had carnitas, chicken fajitas and the kids special with chicken, rice and cheese. All of the food tasted great and came out within 15 minutes after ordering. Will be dining here again!

Newly opened Mexican restaurant at the time of my first visit, 9/3/2022. The location is that of the former Uptown Cafe which moved to the former location of Cernos. The service is friendly and lightning quick. My entree arrived in less than 10 minutes perhaps even as rapid as 5 minutes. Of course you get the complimentary chips and salsa which were good. I ordered the Chili relleno, enchilada, rice and bean combination and it was quite good. Mi Ranchito uses a brown sauce unlike the traditional red or green (salsa verde) on the chili and enchilada. It is milder and sweeter than the others and offers a pleasant change of pace from the traditional flavors. I would definitely recommend Mi Ranchito for an enjoyable Mexican meal.
