Chef Moussa - Mediterranean & American Cuisine

This is the best Mediterranean restaurant in Central Illinois. Everything is homemade. The shawarma is delicious! If you like garlic chicken, get the Shish Taouk sandwich. The falafel is great, the hummus and baba ghanoush are excellent. The Chef Moussa salad is a masterpiece; get the chef's dressing. The french fries are the best in the area; try them dipped in Chef's homemade garlic sauce. The owner and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Chef Moussa.

Great Family run business. First visit was today. Loved the food and the laughter from the children. Everyone was so friendly and you can taste the love/effort put into the food. Hubby says the pork tenderloin was the best he has had in years. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

I had the shawarma sandwich and it was very good. The place was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The Greek salad with chicken on top was amazing! The pita bread and hummus is so yummy. The hummus has a nice flavor of lemon. It's SO Good! I can't quite pronounce what the last thing is but it is a traditional Lebonese dish with feta on top. It was also really really good. I will be coming back for sure!

This place is incredible! I was in town from Chicago for a concert and was looking for a small place with good vegan options. They have so many great vegan options, all quite delicious! And the owners are a very friendly couple. I felt like family the minute I walked in!
