The only 100% Plant-based breakfast and lunch spot in Peoria. The food is unique, innovative, and incredibly delicious! If you are a vegetarian or vegan, or exploring the health benefits of plant-based cuisine, then Freekwenc is for you. Also, it's great for those with dairy, egg, or meat allergies.

This unassuming restaurant space located on the first floor of the Twin Towers Mall in downtown Peoria is serving up unique and exciting Plant-based cuisine. I have been there about five times and have always been impressed with the food. Breakfast choices include Bfast Wraps, Bfast sandwich, and Bannana pancakes. They also serve the unique Ohmlette, a chickpea based shell (no eggs!) filled with grilled veggies. Nothing like it, and the flavors are well-balanced.

Lunch choices include a Harvest Wrap filled with grilled veggies and maple Tempeh sausage, Jackfruit tacos, and you must get the nachos, topped with the chef's made from scratch cheese sauce, veggies and Southwest Seasoned Jackfruit. Also, every once in a while, Chef Misigaro offers up Asian Jackfruit Bao, hot pillowy steamed bread rounds topped with five-spice glazed Jackfruit! It is amazing!

The Vegan Jack Fruit Street Tacos, Vegan Nachos & Vegan Mac & Cheese was soo delicious!

Great food, great place, great owner. Never thought I would enjoy vegan food, but this place makes it possible.
