Panera Bread

Customer service was not great. The guy behind the counter was so bored that he had no personality. I tried to stoke up a conversation but had little luck. The girl cleaning up the dishes out of the bin, wouldn't smile and barely said hello.
Just a word of advice for management, not everyone likes cilantro! Stop putting on top of the mac n cheese. I picked off what I could and almost through up when I'd take a bite that I missed.

I had ordered bakers dozen of bagels on Mon evening. Bagels were to be picked up on Tues. When I got home, I found that I was short 2 bagels. I called manager who was very apologetic who wrote my name & said that they would do something special for me cause she felt bad about the error. I called ahead the following day & the staff I talked with was not very polite. I asked if they were going to do anything for me. She said "well, I guess we can give you an extra bagel". Oh well, the bagels were very good as usual, that is the main thing.

The restaurant is always clean and the employees are friendly. The service is fast and the food fresh. If there is ever a problem (which is rare) they fix it.

This review is for Panera's coffee change. I used to think the coffee was either bitter or too fruity. The change brings consistent smooth, fresh coffee across the board of dark, light, and hazelnut. This is where I run where I need a place to concentrate and lots of coffee for fuel. Thank you, Panera, for making changes and keeping your customers in the forefront.

2/13/19 Received excellent service at the end of their business day. Though they were cleaning up and shutting down, they stopped everything for my order and treated me like gold. Very impressive.
