Always a great place to get a sandwich or grab something quick to eat. I grabbed lunch here.. It was very quite and while I waited for my food I was able to use their free WiFi to get some work done over my lunch. The server was very nice and very helpful. I will always recommend this place it is a warm and friendly environment.
Delicious food. I have never been to new Orleans but the food here at PO-Boys is as close to new Orleans as we will ever get. Everything was fresh and hot. Also try there wings dry sauce on the side. Omg it was delicious and fresh.
I tried this place looking for good Cajun food, and although the food was very good, I don’t feel it was as authentic as other places I’ve tried. I have had amazing Cajun/creole food in Alabama, however for being in Peoria, this place is pretty good! It is kind of pricey. The service was very good, however the food was not as spicy as I would have preferred. The atmosphere is really great and the restaurant is decorated beautifully on the inside! I plan on coming back in a few months to give it another try. The bar area is also very nice and they have a good selection of beer!
Excellent food in a quaint bar with a New Orleans theme. I would recommend the shrimp po-boy, and my wife loved the crab cakes. She said they were better than places that specialize in seafood. Only annoyance was the sounds of video gaming.
Great food and great service. A little pricey. Plan on spending at least $20 a person to eat here (not counting drinks). Is it worth it? Depends on how much you like Cajun food. To me, it was worth it.
