This business is new, so I'm sure they are still working things out. The parking lot is unusually shaped and tiny, but I found a spot. The line from the door to the counter was short, but very slow moving. This gave us lots of time to study the menu and the wall art/writing. The menu is unique: a mix of various toppings for french fries, seafood, and some sort of sweet potato dessert. Lots of choices that you won't find most places. My friend and I each ordered the Philly fries and a lemon shake-up with cherry syrup. There were several flavors to choose from. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. There was a steady stream of people coming in, but limited space, so I'm not sure if some of them got their food before we did and left, or where they all went.
Finally, my friend's name was called. We were given the entrees in styrofoam to go containers, which was a little confusing as we had (to my knowledge) not requested "to go." There was a table near the front being served drinks and food on plastic trays. I'm not sure how they got that deal. Maybe if you sit instead of going to the counter someone will wait on you? Or maybe my friend told the cashier ours was to go and I just missed it.
Anyway, each of us received approximately 5lbs of food, which is good considering the menu is on the pricey side. And it was delicious. The shake-ups were sweet and refreshing. I took my leftovers home and I think I got two more meals out of it.
My first impression of The Fry Spot is that the food is on the pricey side ($12-16/entree) and service is slow, but the uniqueness, deliciousness, and quantity of the food made this visit 4-stars (out of 5) for me. Hopefully the wait time will be reduced as they adjust to how busy it gets.

First off, food is AWESOME!!! Came in around 8, was greeted by wonderful and kind staff! They were very genuine, caring, and immensely helpful! I will absolutely be coming in again!! Also, the atmosphere is great I felt like I was just hanging out with my family while I was waiting for my food [:
