Thyme Kitchen and Craft Beer

Very unique for the area. Largest selection of whiskey, rye and scotch I've seen in Peoria. A wide variety of craft beers on tap as well. Sandwiches, interesting appetizers, brisket, chicken, fish among several main courses. Reasonably priced for the atmosphere and style. Will definitely return.

I have been to Thyme twice now, and I plan on returning. It is a great restaurant with a cool vibe. The beer offerings are plentiful as well. While I don't drink much liquor, it seemed that there were some awesome good whiskey bottles.

Had brunch. Biscuits and gravy is excellent. Waitstaff was attentive and helpful. Area at the back we sat in was really dark and made reading the menu difficult. Overall food my table had was excellent and there is a good and varied selection of beers available.

This is very interesting place. The menu items are eclectic but very good. People said that the salmon and the prime rib were fabulous. I had the Nashville Spicy Chicken. It was over breaded and seemed to be burnt. The chicken was great and the Nashville hot was good. The fries were excellent but since we also had appetizers, I didn't eat most of them. Deep fried deviled eggs and the brisket fries were very good. Everyone said they would return.
