(September 21, 2019, 11:25 pm)Could hardly hear the speaker, I said I was paying for everything but wanted it bagged separate, they separated the bill, asked for no ice in my drink, had to give it back to be redone, and asked for the senior discount but didn't get it. They gave me 2 cookies. Not one of my better experiences today
