    Was very impressed with the Pittsfield McDonalds from the time we entered -- it was immaculately clean and every staff person including the man cleaning the restroom was kind and friendly. When our order was processed incorrectly the manager bent over backwards to make it right. This store should be a model for every McDonalds' restaurants which aren't this way.

    It's all been remodeled you can go inside an place your own order an pay with debit or credit card it has 2 ordering Lanes in drive thru. It's just better
