    The food is the best around. I drive all the way from stl side of Columbia just to eat here. The owner is super nice and takes sanitation super serious he is always washing his hands and wearing gloves while working with your meal. Cannot recommend this place enough. Great food. Great service. Unbeatable prices.

    His steaks are fork tender. Perfectly grilled, I requested medium rare, and that is what I enjoyed! Everything I have ever eaten was wonderful from Wally!

    My favorite is the smoked turkey and burnt end beans, but really, everything I've had has been amazing! Friendly, homey atmosphere. This place is a weekly staple for our family.

    Wally's is the best kept secret in Southern Illinois. The craft BBQ is outstanding. All the sides are phenomenal.
