Great food but just tried to go get a sub at 12:45 on Saturday and the door is locked. Says on the website that they are open from 10 to 3. So not sure if they are closed or what. Also not from around here.

The restaurant was small but clean. They use roll of paper towel instead of napkins. I can find street parking without any issue. I usually call ahead to get carryout sandwich for lunch at work or dinner at home. They have a good portion of food for their sandwiches. The price is reasonable ($7-8 for their signature subs). I usually order the monster sandwich since it has a large portion of meat. Unfortunately, their staff were cold and aloof. They use regular paper instead of deli paper to wrap your sandwich. If you wait more than 20 minutes to eat your sandwich, the dressing will soak through the paper and onto the surface where you put your sandwich. The bread will be soggy too. I learned the hardway when it happened! I brought this issue to them, but they told me that they are still not going to use deli paper. I understand cost cutting on 1 cent of napkins and 3-4 cents of deli paper, but they should at least let customers know about this issue with dressing leaking through or suggest separate dressing from sandwiches for carryout.

First time trying MiCasa, and I will definitely be back. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. They put enough meat and vegetables on the sub. I tried the Monster, and I think it tasted great. Would recommend.
