Very relaxed atmosphere, perfect ambience for a night with friends or a date. Although this is also a hotel, it is NOT the typical restaurant and bar intended just for those staying overnight at the hotel. Locals regularly visit here, and it’s location is super convenient.
Brian is a very knowledgeable bar tender who explained the entire drink menu and draft beer selection, and made sure our group had excellent customer service, including remembering everyone’s first name. I will undoubtedly visit this location every time I visit the QC area.
This is truly the perfect place to experience 5-star customer service without paying 5-star prices.
Food was good. They have a wide range of choices from sandwiches to steaks. My wife had the daily special, a salmon bacon sandwich and thought it was the best sandwich she ever had.
This is a place I plan on coming back to visit. Not only was to food great, the service was incredible. The bartender and restaurant manager made sure all was perfect. Fantastic experience!! Thank you.
Really slow service on a dead Sunday brunch. Service was friendly but rarely checked on the table. Great ambiance. Food was decent but sightly over priced. Horrible coffee. I was overall really disappointed, but I will check out again for lunch or dinner to give it a second shot. I would recommend checking it out for a date night possibly- it's a new establishment and I'm sure they're figuring stuff out.
Update 1/25/20: Visited again for a date night for a Saturday night dinner and drinks. Much different experience. Service was very quick compared to last time. We got the avacado fries, fondue sliders, French brisket sandwich, and smoke and salt cocktail. All very good. It was very busy and the food and service were what I was expecting the first time. It was nice that management did reach out to me to discuss my concerns. It seemed like they were interested in addressing my concerns.
Food and service was average. Price was reasonable. My only complaint is the highchair was to short for the tables. Above average atmosphere though. Good brunch menu options. But the buffet looked like a hotel's continental breakfast.
