    Good food but lost 2 stars for service. They are pretty slow every time I go in and even slower in the drive through

    First time I ever been to Fazoli's to eat. The food was good, next time taking food to go. Can't do screaming kids.

    Just left from eating here. The company states free unlimited bread sticks. Ha. I had to go back to the counter and ask for ours, after we were seated and our meal arrived and then the cashier asked if I had any yet, my answer was no. (What did that matter)
    I was given 3 at that time and was told that she would bring us out more. Waited about 10 minutes and nothing yet. I went back to the counter and was told the same thing and 20 minutes later still didn't receive any.
    We will NOT go back to this one.

    Unlimited bread sticks! A decent restaurant for some comfort food. :)
