I always go to this one, But I was seriously upset and disappointed today. My son was due to fly back to California today so we decided to have a nice meal..We figured that 3:30 would be a good time, After lunch rush and before supper. So we timed it so we could have a pleasant time..He had about a hour. We get there lots of empty tables and were informed that they were doing shift change and couldn't be seated for 15 minutes or so..Seriously???? We left ended up eating at the airport...My sister and I were there Thursday around the same time..no problem and ended up spending 30 or so a piece and left a 20 dollar tip..Guess someone lucked out today..
This new location is great. The food is what it has always been. It's not gourmet but its tasty. We had a super amazing server tonight who was sweet and attentive without being fake friendly or interrupting too much. We've done carry out before from this location and it was good, too. Highly recommend the new Lasagna Mia. My daughter demolished her plate with meatballs before we could get a picture. We tried the spicy alfredo chicken appetizer and it was decent too. Would have liked it a little crisper but that might just be a personal preference.
Food is delicious and service is pretty good. Still there could be some improvement in giving proper information about the food. I was told fries included with the dish, but then i had to order them separately after the food arrived.
Food and service was great. We didn't like the fact that the buy one take one home didn't allow you take both home. You were required to eat one there. We don't get it. What difference does it make if you take both home. You are paying for both. It isn't like buy one get one free.
I've only been to this place once and I was not disappointed once. The wait was about 30 minutes so I got to take a nap in the car before a table was available. Our waiter was friendly as ever, and he was just the greatest waiter I got to know. He was about my age, but he was just an outgoing, stupendous young man. He listened very carefully to my order and brought out what was needed. I had Alfredo and it was delicious along with the fresh bread sticks they served. They were very garlicky and I absolutely love garlic. The salad was pretty fresh and good, but I feel as if it was drowned in dressing. This place was pretty busy, but I'd totally go here again. Be prepared for the wait though!
