    I’m done eating here. My order gets messed up every single time and my food is always cold. Its gross

    EDIT: they have got way better. Customer service is very good as well

    Tasty Burger. Friendly staff. Kitchen can't read a ticket to save their life...Three different visits, Three times they had to remake my order. Great value on their promotions.

    We asked for a booth and they accommodated us. Wings, onion rings and cheese burger were very good. Servers and staff were nice. We eat there often.

    Actually, this is one of the better BWWs I've been to. Went with my son and had a very nice meal with excellent service. They were pretty busy, and as I recall our waitress had quite a few tables, but she didn't let that stop her from being friendly and checking on us and engaging with us and making sure everything was perfect.
