Very clean, fresh, and VERY delicious food. They have more then sushi. Something for everyone! My favorite is the spicy crunch roll.
Best sushi in Springfield! Better than Mimosa, Osaka, and Kiku. It's fresh and made by an expert sushi chef who has been making sushi for 35 years. Very friendly and makes great sushi!
Awesome food, quick service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sushi is a bit on the expensive side. Will go again
The owner is a very skilled man and takes his craft seriously. He is very friendly and welcoming. Great food. Though the store front is not fancy the sushi is well worth the trip inside.
Being from an urban area, the atmosphere brought us back to some of the places we regularly visited in our younger years. The itamae is definitely a sushi master. He is creative but maintains a balance in his pieces. The French Kiss roll is delightfully refreshing with a slight lemon pucker inside. The Sunny roll has a hint of sweetness from the mango while still being a savory roll. The tempura rolls are crunchy. The rice is tender. And the hostess, Jessica, provides a calming spirit to a busy restaurant. It was our anniversary and the chef sent us a complementary appetizer, which was a thoughtful surprise. We will definitely return and I might stop in just for the House Salad, with a creamy ginger house dressing.
