Old fashioned home town Cafe. Pork tenderloin was hand pounded and breaded. Hash browns were crispy and really good. Husband had eggs, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were light and fluffy and gravy was obviously homemade. Service to start out was a little slow but food came out quickly once we ordered.

Good service. Lunch/dinner options were excellent, breakfast dish was a bit small but otherwise very good. Very friendly atmosphere.

Nice hidden gem, it's located just slightly off interstate I55 and the Toronto Road exit. It's almost out of view if you aren't looking for it. This has been a Springfield staple for years. Food is very good and very close to a good home cooked meal. Staff are friendly and the coffee doesn't stop flowing. Someone is always coming by to ensure you have a full cup. It's worth the stop to grab a bite.

Great food and great prices! The breakfast is delicious and my son loves all the different kinds of candy and gifts they have for sale! Nice homestyle place, reminds me of my grandmothers favorite diner. We will be back!
