    Mongolian beef is excellent as are most of their offerings.

    However on several occasions they did not have any steamed rice. What the heck, this is like a McDonalds not having any fries or a pizza place not having cheese or sauce to make the pizza with!

    Food prep is anything but quick, which is ok because it means your order is cooked to order and not shoveled out of a tray of food which has been prepared hours ago.. They need to practice to make sure they do not run out of steamed (white rice).

    Great place to eat, food is fresh, friendly staff, quick service. Best Chinese food in Springfield, have been eating here for years. Buffet is well stocked and has a Sushi Bar. We usually get take-out on way home, but occasionally dine in. Recommend Sweet and Sour Pork and combination rice noodle. Beef and Broccoli is also really good. They have been in Springfield forever, you will enjoy.
