There service was very very slow..granted we went on the busiest day of the week (sunday), but they had so much wait staff and it was still very slow..took them 20+ minutes just to get an order of buttered toast for our omelettes..
Recommend not to go during busy times!
We enjoyed the Lionel Ritchie concert then stopped here before going back to the hotel. We saw others who attended the concert as well. The manager was very pleasant. He told us about a new item on the menu. My sister was courageous enough to try it and liked it. It was a pancake burger. We enjoyed ourselves the staff was pleasant.
Haven't been to this location or and IHOP in about 2yrs. They seated us quickly. The restaurant was clean. I just hope they dry of the tables and menus before seating in the future. Some food selections are better and the ones that where good in the past like the cheddar potato soup is not as good as we remember. The new burger selection is decent. But the service is what was disappointing. It's IHOP so I wasn't expecting great service. The service started good. My water was refilled before I was half way done. They forgot something we ordered. That was no big deal. That's when she slapped the receipt on the table. We barely started our meal. The waitress was missing in action for some time after that. The plates for the appetizers sat at the table the entire meal. She seemed to only come back to check if we where ready to pay. We asked for water and she asked if we wanted it to go. Probably won't be back for another 2 years.
