    Love flavor of Krispy Kreme plain yeast donuts. Especially when freshly made. Like cream filled too, but they skimp a bit on the cream. Service is good.

    My wife and I walked in today to grab some donuts and an iced coffee. My wife ordered 6 "glazed" donut holes, and I ordered 4 cinnamon buns and 2 original donuts. the lady then informed me that my wife had already ordered 6 glazed donuts. My wife and I proceeded to tell her that we said donut holes and not donuts. The lady I formed me that we ordered 6 glazed donuts and not donut holes. Again we said that we indeed said donut holes, to which she adamantly said we were wrong. Now, we weren't, but that's not the point. I have never met an employee who went out of her way to cover her mistake, or just plain misleading, and blame it on the customer. Ginger also told the guy making the iced coffee the wrong flavor as well. Maybe now she will realize it was her mistake, not ours. Btw, Scott was awesome!

    Pretty amazing! Not supposed to eat donuts and every time I have went there I feel guilty but justify it because I only order one then the cashier grabs a hot one off the line and I turn into an animal, the people around me step back and watch in amazement as I lose myself in a warm sugary mess. But don't worry I always wash it down with an ice cold diet coke.

    Best donuts in Springfield hands down, it hurts our feelings if we have to go anywhere else for donuts. I love taking the kids before school & they love to watch the classic glazed donuts being made. ❤????????
