We LOVED the Beer Garden! So chill, super friendly staff; the manager chatted us up nicely and genuinely. Beer was great and had the artichoke and hummus dips with blue corn chips. Folks playing bocce, firepit, picnic tables & so dog welcoming with biscuits and a bowl of water brought to our table
We could smell the food before we arrived. I had the cajun shrimp and andulie sausage over corn bread. Located in an old 1850's house. Good service.
Delicious gastro pub a block from the Lincoln house. Set in 2 old historic homes, the food was delicious, the beer was excellent (my wife loved the strawberry seasonal ale). Even the kids meal was hand crafted. My only gripe is the Asian Chicken Crisp wrap was so delicious I wanted it to have more filling because I couldn't stop eating it. Must try when you visit the Lincoln home in downtown Springfield.
The beer is pretty good. The service was good. But, the pizza was awful. The crust was soggy. The cheese had no flavor. The sauce was weird. If you want a traditional pizza, forget it, not on the menu. For good pizza, go elsewhere. The performer was on an elevated deck, which would have been good, but there was a huge Bannister blocking the view. Someone needs to pay attention to the details. Keep trying guys, there's a lot of potential here.
Very cozy and homey neighborhood downtown eatery and local pub. Great service and creative spin on bar food. Our server Sean was super friendly and helped make our inaugural experience most enjoyable. Will recommend to others.
