Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our waitress, Jessica was awesome! I had the bonsai burger with pineapple rings and teriyaki sauce. It was SO good!

Excellent service ???? excellent food. Inviting atomosphere. Had a really nice time with my family and friends there.

This was one of the worst ones I have been to. The food was good just the service was something to be desired. I wish there was a way to rate the food separate from the waitstaff.

We came in for the plant-based impossible burger, and it was amazing! I would've thought that it was beef if I didn't already know what I was ordering. I've had dozens of other plant-based burgers in the past, but none have gotten the flavor as accurate as this burger and the texture was always way too dense or crumbly. You can replace any burger on the menu with it, so give it a try!

So I have been here many times with my family through the years. The only reason it did not make 5 stars is because of the off happening last night. I don't know if the wait is going through something or what. If she is I hope whatever is going on resolves. Just breath. However she picked up on refills. But we waited many times for things. 1 order was completely wrong (manager comped). Another order had a bun (was supposed to be lettuce instead) I let it go because sometimes it's better to be kind. Food was great service was just a little just a little rough.
