Starbucks

I always use the drive-thru. Their staff is amazing, competent and extremely friendly!

I don’t go to Starbucks but my granddaughter loves it. Took her there Saturday morning so she could start with food in her belly since she didn’t eat before I picked her up. The drink order was incorrect so they said they couldn’t take it back but made the correct one.
This morning I was checking my bank account when I noticed they charged me but then the money was put back in my account. I called my bank first to make sure I was looking at it right and I was so I called them so I could pay for it and they refused to let me pay. They let me keep the drink but I felt I should have paid for what we received. It took less than 5 minutes from order to getting the correct drink so it wasn’t a long wait time. I just feel like I should pay for what we received. I spoke to the manager and she said to pay it forward which I have no problem doing so. Really nice people working there, I wouldn’t have expected my money return though. It’s a great place and will go there again but, if my drink is ever wrong again, I will make sure I pay. 😂

My favorite place! Long line always seems intimidating but the people here are so quick and always get my order correct. Love their smiling faces every morning!

Indoor seating still closed but the outdoor tables are open. Not much of a view, but it was a beautiful day and I was able to enjoy my entire drink while relaxing outside. 👍🤤
