Had visited this new location earlier with a friend. Such a pleasant experience and we visited over coffee. So relaxing and exciting to have this new business. Today a different experience when with husband. Music was much too loud to have a conversation. Earlier visit was nice background entertainment. Today was just loud. Hope this isn't a pattern; as I said earlier, so nice to have a Starbucks in our neighborhood.

Drinks are always good. Staff need to be trained on using customer star when request is made

Savannah was amazing and very knowledgeable. She took the time to help me combine all my Starbucks cards onto the one I use all the time. I told her I wanted to try something new and she asked what I like and made me something absolutely delicious that I never would’ve ordered on my own.
