This is, by far, my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Springfield. The owner and staff are super friendly. The servers are very helpful in answering questions and making suggestions. The food is phenomenal. Everything is cooked fresh to order. If you have an opportunity to get the fresh made tamales, do so, you won't regret it. Their dessert section is also great - lots of different flavors of ice creams and fruit sorbets. Highly recommend.

I visited the dining side of the house. Simple but colorful interior design with a friendly staff to match. The complimentary chips were warm and crispy and served with a mild red salsa. I had the Piña Loca, which was absolutely deliscious. The rice tasted a bit blan at first but had a hint of roasted tomato flavor. The house made corn tortillas had a really robust and smokey corn flavor.

HUGE variety of popsicles and ice cream with fresh ingredients and unique flavors. Stopped in for dinner after work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was tasty and service attentive. They were also accommodating of special dietary requests. We will be back to sample more of the menu offerings. Recommend giving Mas Sabores a try!

Best al pastor tacos I’ve had in town. The queso with chorizo was a solid comfort food feel. There were so many amazing ice cream flavors, thankfully we were allowed to sample many different flavors before deciding on one. Looking forward to coming back for more tacos & ice cream!

Tacos were amazing, tasted like they were straight from Mexico. Make sure to get them Mexican style, the onion, lime, and cilantro make the tacos out of this world. Bakery was also very nice. Their ice cream popsicles were delicious.
