McDonald's

I have been to this McDonald a lot in the last few years. Especially because all my kids ever want is happy meals... sigh. Most McDonald's have the same type of food and quality, and that "meets my expectations". This rating is mostly in regards to service. I am one who enjoys using the convenience of apps/mobile orders. It is pretty terrible at this location. I am convinced that their priority is #1 drive thru, #2 Dine-in, #3 Anything else, and #4 Mobile orders. On my most recent trip I waited over 20 minutes for my food, got it and rushed off to find it was 10 chicken nuggets short (I should have checked because this has happened multiple times), but the time to get the food made me short on time. ANYWAY, moral of the story is, average McDonald's with average food. Below average customer service for mobile orders and frequently miss items in the order. But alas, I will keep eating here, those dang happy meals.

The customer service is pretty good, but there are some things that need to be improved. For example, always **triple** check your meal when you receive it, because it will likely be wrong. I understand that mistakes do happen, but it happens all the time. Plus, the food literally looks like it was tossed in the bag with no preparation.

I usually eat here when I go out fishing on the lake. Nothing like a double quarter pounder before you hit the lake and keep another in the boat storage bin for later. Fishing in a secluded cove with beautiful nature, trees, water and fish. Add that double quarter pounder and the day is made, yum!
