A&W Restaurant

The food was delicious and we had GREAT customer service from Michelle and Steven!

I didn't even know they built this place. I was heading to Rally's with my wife and stumbled onto A&W. The place was real nice and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. It's only been open 3 weeks, so there's some growing pains. The made a mistake on our order, but QUICKLY fixed it and apologized. Burgers were damn good. Onion rings are real onion. Cheese curds are great. The rootbeer is classic, and served in a frosty mug...I'll be going back for sure. A welcome to the dying south side of town.

Went with the family on a Sunday shortly after noon and the place was packed! They opened one week before we went and the town is still excited about having an A&W in the area. The workers were kind and helpful. Table service is a nice surprise in a fast food restaurant and the woman who brought our food even came by later to ask if everything tasted good.

I had a hotdog and a root beer float in a tall mug. I enjoyed every bite, as did the rest of the family.

Since this restaurant is housed in an old bank, they left the vault door that leads into what looks like what will become a small arcade with a trophy case housing A&W memorabilia. And the old bank's drive through is a similar setup to a diner you'd see in Happy Days where they put the order number tag on the outside of your window and they walk the food out go the customer- similar to Sonic.

So it was opening day for this establishment!! That being said I was disappointed because I have this memory in my mind of traveling as a child and stopping at an A&W.. with my fam and loving the way they pulled the soda for you! The burger was delicious and no way you could finish it… then end it with a scoop of ice cream from the counter right in to your mug! I mean how could you not want that again??? Right

Just not the same but it was a fine experience.

I grew up with. Missed the root beer floats out of a frosted mug! Lines were long but they went quickly, restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, almost overly friendly. Can't wait to go back!
