Fantastic local brunch place! Quaint and rustic. Food is delicious with large portions. Loved the breakfast burrito and the jalapeno rosemary fries (unique and tasty). Good coffee too! The Texas Cinnamon Roll is HUGE! Will definitely return.

BEST PLACE TO GET BREAKFAST IN BELLEVILLE. This was AMAZING the best breakfast food I have had in a VERY long while. Everyone there was super nice and friendly as well. Make sure you come early though because it does get busy! We which great to see for Belleville. We had the biscuits and gravy, eggs, and rosemary with jalapeno fries. I had smoked brisket tacos with potatoes, pickled onions and cheese. And a side of Mac and cheese! With two mimosas as well - they also had other cocktails as well. We will be coming back again for sure!

My family loved Clara B's! We went for a birthday lunch for my grandma and found out while there and from reading a magazine article about the restaurant that the style inside is called "hipster grandma," so we chose the right spot for lunch with our hipster grandma. 👵😆

The food was INCREDIBLE! Probably the best I've ever eaten in Downtown Belleville. It's authentic southern cooking, the biscuits tasted exactly like my Texan mother-in-law's. I hope this place gets more press and is successful. The last several businesses in this location failed quickly. But I'm eager to see an already successful business and delicious menu thrive here in town.

I had the minestrone with gnocchi and grilled cheese and plan on getting the turkey cranberry brie toasted sandwich next time. I plan on going back next week because I just know that sandwich will taste like Thanksgiving and it's making my mouth water just thinking about it. The other meal pictured is the loaded breakfast burrito.

Recently relocated to the area due to my husbands job. He came out a couple weeks before me and tried Clara B's and absolutely loved it. Once I came out, he brought me and I am so glad he did. I've been twice in 3 weeks, and the food is so delicious. I didn't get photos of my first trip, I did order the biscuits and gravy. 100% recommend. But this 2nd time, we went and both ordered eggs benedict with a side of potato curls and cheddar grits. The flavor was outstanding. I couldn't be more excited to find such a yummy place. Also, if you are lucky enough to get there and there is still cinnamon rolls on the menu, you HAVE to get one! They go fast.

If I wouldn't have went back today, I would have give this a perfect score. I ordered shrimp and grits both days. Yesterday it was the best I ever had! I'm from Louisiana so trust me it was. Today it was like I went to different restaurant. However it was still okay. 3 stars because of the lack of consistency. 5 stars for a great impression. So I settled in between. I will try them again just in case today was just a fluke.

Edit: I went back!! It was perfect. I even tried this huge cinnamon roll. They call it the Texas cinnamon roll. It took 3 of us to eat it. So delicious.

I'm considered a regular now and I must say the shrimp and grits are the best in Belleville. I always say I'm going to get something else, but just can't cheat on the shrimp and grits 😩
