    They have an excellent team that provides outstanding customer service and the best tasting pizza around. The manager Chris is awesome and has made this store the best one in Belleville. I would never eat at this location prior to this. I would eat at the one across from the fairgrounds and he was an excellent manager there and the food was delicious. And the staff was awesome. But now I go to the Belleville West location because it's the best its staff are very courteous and pleasant.

    Love Imo's pizza but their new online ordering process was difficult. Took me 5 times before it worked. I would use it again.

    Consistent quality!!! Whether I call in my order or order online, my orders come correct, hot and excellently made! Great Customer service as well. Highly recommend.
