Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Absolutely love the new classic chicken sandwich and the fries. Next, I have to try the spicy chicken sandwich.

Food was good. Was short a biscuit. Luckily we ordered regular style chicken. There was a 15 min wait for spicy.

I live in St. Louis but work in Fairview Heights this by far is one of the best Popeyes I've ever eaten. Three times I've visited and the chicken has always been fresh and hot and the staff is nice. The only issue is the drive up line is too slow but the good food makes up for it.

Food was fresh, the lobby was clean, overall a very good visit to a fast food place. What did surprise me? The employees. It was very busy when we arrived but everyone was working, not a single person just standing there. The woman who took our order was polite. As I walked over to wait for the food a young man immediately asked if he could assist me with anything. After eating I needed to use the restroom, but realized there was no toilet paper. I rounded the corner and was asked if I needed anything, when told they immediately fixed the problem. While waiting I was asked by a man on break if there was anything I needed, when I told him what I was waiting for he checked the lobby to be sure there wasn't a roll hiding. Everyone was very attentive to our needs, polite, and hardworking which is becoming a rarity in the fast food business. Also, kudos to the woman who was clearly in charge...you led your team like a champ during the rush of customers. (Visited evening of 6/1/19)

Busy place, but pretty fast considering! Employees took the time to keep customers updated on their orders, even during dinner rush. Tenders were great, plenty of sauce provided. Green beans a little spicy, which I liked but did not expect.
