Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Service is always top notch here, we always tip and rave about the wait staff. The burgers are great some days, and so/so other days. I suppose it depends on who cooks that day. We never have a terrible experience though and I love their sweet potato fries!

It's only because of the high level of service that I rated it 3 stars.Customer service is great, that is not the problem. The quality of the food is horrible.The burgers taste like they are microwaved out of a bag. Which is fine,if your not going to a place that advertised " gourmet " burgers. They are more interested in putting other junk in the burger than actually having decent burger to start with .it will be awhile before I go back.

Everyone here is always friendly! Even when there's a slowdown, they keep positive and make sure you're taken care of. Food's always well made, too!

I really like this place. They are always happy and helpful here. The food is consistently good. We go once a month or so.
