    Tonight was my fiancé’s and my second time at Rio Grande MX Cocina Mexican Restaurant. Everything was perfect on our first visit, from our food to the service. We didn’t think it could be topped the second time, but we were wrong. Federico was our server tonight and he was amazing! He went above and beyond and was so friendly and funny! We are going to ask for him every time we go from here on. Our food of course was also really yummy! We give this restaurant 5 stars, but wish we could give it 10!!

    The Margaritas and food are top notch! Always friendly staff and great service!

    Bathrooms are quite dirty...

    Our first visit here, staff were helpful and very kind. FOOD great the best in this area, and we have eaten at most of the Mexican restaurants. Because I really like the flavors. Great restaurant very clean and well staffed.

    Food was very good. The food came quickly and my granddaughter mentioned how fast people at a table behind us got there food. Service was good too. We will try this place again. Located in old Applebees in Fairview Heights.

    The waitress must have been new, because it wasn't the great service that we usually get. The food was awesome and the drinks were great as always! I love this restaurant, and it's my favorite place to go!!!!
