This was by far my favorite Taco Bell ???? UNTIL the last 9-12 months (?). Was there a change in management? In the past I NEVER had problems with my order being incorrect but in this last nearly a year, I’ve had more orders severely incorrect than ever correct. I typically spend $20-$25 a visit, including others orders with mine and they’re repeated wrong, the speaker in drive thru has not worked well at all, or they’ve not heard me correctly many times, causing repeats of my order and more time in line for everyone. Typically a line and I hate pulling over to check my order, and don’t have time so I take the chance and I usually eat the mistakes made. I’m never given more than I ordered. Always less which is a pain. If I didn’t like Taco Bell so much I’d stop patronizing this one. That’s how much I loved their service before. The staff is not nearly of the same friendliness as under the old management either. Just an all around disappointment 8-10 visits.
