Camino Real

I ordered about five meals of food since my family was in town visiting. Food was made quickly, in the overall quality was mostly okay. Unfortunately one dish that had a large amount of vegetables (One person is on a diet) was very dull, none of the vegetables had any seasoning. Also three of us had chimichangas, which are advertised as having cheese sauce / ranchero sauce poured over them (depending what kind of chimichanga you get). When we picked up our order, there was only one thing of cheese sauce, so either three chimichangas needed to split one small container or they forgot some of them, so just something to be mindful of. Otherwise it was good, we will give them another couple chances probably.

The food is excellent and very authentic. The staff is great. Our waiters name was Marco. I was looking for a Tequila Sunrise on the menu, when I ask him about it he made me one. It was one of the best Sunrises I have had in a long time. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

Food was probably closer to a 4. Chile rellano was extremely oily and the taco shell seemed "store bought" but it did taste good. Have to 5th star because of the employees. They were very friendly and polite. Kitchen staff had my food out quickly and correctly as I had one order for dine in and 3 to-go. Excellent experience and glad to have them in town!!

This is the same owners that own Rio Grande MX Cocin in Fairview Heights and it is so amazing....the staff is so awesome and friendly and this place is closer to home.
