Steak 'n Shake

Decent food, very reasonable prices. First thing I noticed, though, was that the table top was stained from some previous visitors. It was also very busy and therefore very noisy. The food was brought in reasonable time and the order was accurate. The waitress was friendly and helpful. There was a 10-minute wait to get seated. They appeared to be slightly under staffed, since the seating lady was doing busing duty as well. I ordered a triple steak burger which was perfectly cooked and tasty. I'm not a big fan of their chili but it was decent. Overall a good experience.

We showed up with 4 adults and 6 kids. We expected a long wait, but got seated in about fifteen minutes. Tim was great, tracking the order and keeping us posted the whole time what the status of our order was. The crew was staffed by absolute troopers and handled the task perfectly!

Absolutely wonderful place. Great value for the price. Picture is a Western Bacon burger. Had a bowl of chili that was mostly soupy, and it looked a bit understaffed, but was still timely. Definitely would recommend. Ashliy was phenomenal.

Great food! Love the 1950's look! Time wait is a little iffy. But all in all, great. I love the foot long steak frank & mustard with cheese fries & a vanilla milkshake! Highly recommend it!
