Staff was friendly and the food is good. Enjoy being able to sit outside and watch the river traffic when weather is nice. Even when very warm there is most often a gentle breeze to keep it tolerable.

This pizza pretzel is GIGANTIC and tastes amazing! Great idea to order as a group or be crazy and tackle it yourself. If you choose to tackle it yourself and eat it all, make sure you take a picture and tell everyone you just conquered Rome by yourself, cause that would be a pretty amazing accomplishment! Along with the great food, the staff is exceptional and it really shows they pay attention to the customer. Great food, great people, great view!

One of the better restaurants on the east side of the river. Amazing location right on the Illinois River, the outdoor seating is perfect. The food is delicious and consistent..drinks follow suit. Staff is always friendly, sometimes on the slower side but that is the least of my concerns when it comes to the restaurant business. Fantastic establishment, one of which I will be returning to frequently.

Awesome little eatery right on the river. Wonderful place to come sit inside next to a window or come sit on the back deck and watch the activity on the river. The wildlife is plentiful on the river, or if your thing is watching boats and barges, this is your place to go. The shipwreck bloody mary is top notch and the food is amazing to say the least! If you want a wonderful place with amazing food, bring the family down and take in the scenery.

Excellent food. Great service. Reasonable prices. And there is smoking allowed on the dockside. Great views. Our waitress was amazing. She recommended several things from the menu. It's way out of the way. If you think you are driving out to the boondocks, you are on the right road. Beware they do get a few bikers there. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE SHIPWRECK BLOODY MARY.
