Vito's Pizza & Italian Restaurant

Stuffed crust was different almost a calzone with a pizza on top. Please give them a try. Great service.

Our take-out order of pan pizza was awesome. The restaurant has that fantastic pizza place smell and the staff was friendly. The online ordering is easy but we wish the pizza either had more pepperoni or the order page allowed for extra toppings for an extra charge. You can add extra cheese and/or extra sauce only on the order webpage. Regardless, loved this pizza and gonna get it again.

I never leave reviews, even when the experience isn't that great. I understand it affects businesses and ultimately my one bad experience isn't guaranteed to be the norm. I cant even comprehend how an establishment... that's open,serving customers,taking to go orders, can allow two customers standing in the doorway waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes, to just eventually tell us that they couldn't seat us for 20 more minutes, due to having one server.
Okay, it's Friday night, this is just UNACCEPTABLE. Staffing issues suck, I get it... but figure it out. I'll never go here again, to make us stand there knowing we couldn't even eat, because the waitress was ultimately "nervous" to tell us, i feel disrespected. Making a bus boy do it, I mean seriously!? No worries though, just ordered Monicals.

In response to the response i received, no it's not unheard of to wait at a restaurant. Did you even read what I wrote!? They could have said there was a thirty minute wait when i walked In the door, and i would of waited. It was the way it was handled.

Pizza much better than it used to be. We ordered out the other night. They burnt our pizza, but were extremely apologietic and generous by giving us a free one. Great place to eat in town.

It surprises me how many people can't count. There's more than 100 seats in the restaurant, not "Like 20". There needs to be a "customer review" so restaurants can rate good and bad customers. This place is good. I had buffalo chicken pizza. It was good. Cheese was very stretchy and tasted very good. I'm not saying this is the best pizza ever, but I don't have anything bad to say about it. Now I only had that one pizza so I'm only rating this based off that one pizza and my great service. Please don't give restaurants a 1 star review just because you're a bad customer who enjoys complaining and didn't get treated like royalty at a restaurant in the middle of Washington, IL.
