Great food for the prices. Sometimes it can be a wait if there busy but Wing Night on Tuesday and Thursday is definitely worth it.

The food is always delicious and hot. The hosts and cashiers are always super nice and polite. But the servers at this location act like customers are an inconvenience to them. I have only had one positive experience with a server at this location over the last 2 years and he was a really nice kid who told us it was his first day so his nervousness and slip ups were understandable but the rest of the staff could really use some retraining and learn to help their customers instead of talking to their friends and coworkers. We waited 15 minutes yesterday for our server to bring us some lids for our ranch and a bag to put our leftovers in. We finally gave up and left. I had my hands full of food, my purse, and my kids diaper bag and ended up dropping one of the boxes on my way outside. This was after waiting a long time in between our server coming back to get our order and drink refills. Overall a very disappointing experience. Especially considering it was dead and we could clearly see our server talking to other people. Very disappointed.

I sat there for 30 minutes after I got my drink waiting for my order to be taken and my waitress was sitting at the bar talking to 2 other people, not busy at all. Another waitress finally asked us what we were waiting on and proceeded to take our order. The manager came up to us and offered us a free appetizer for waiting so long and he was really nice. Our original waitress came up and apologized for taking so long. I didn't tell her it was okay because we could obviously see she wasn't tending to something important. Needless to say I tipped our new waitress well because she had been really sweet and thoughtful. The food is also always hot and taste good.

Decent food, but loud... I like their food, but I normally get carry out to avoid the noise inside this place. Nearly every trip, carry out or dine in, I order my wings "hot and wet". Their terminology. Every trip, I have to remind them to take it back and add more sauce, like I ordered. Carry out for me at this one.

Typically super fast service with above par food. They started a going green phase that keeps things neat and cleaner. Always something to watch or play on their TV and tablets. Seems there's a new adjustment on their chicken, wings use to be bigger but they also usually compensate for a few extra pieces if too many small ones. Lots of good on tap drinks.
