(October 30, 2019, 1:35 pm)Very clean, not a ton of truck parking but lots of options for food. Cinnabon, a hot food area with pizza/sandwiches/tenders. Nice place to stop on way through Illinois.

(October 26, 2019, 1:12 pm)Pilot is our go to for coffee while traveling. They have always been clean and welcoming. The floor by the coffee was so sticky that my shoes were sticking to it. There was spilled coffee on the counters and trash on the floor. One employee was watching tv when we arrived. She then came to the coffee area. She didn’t greet us at all or clean up the mess. The gentleman at the register was pleasant.
Pilot is better than this. -
(October 25, 2019, 7:33 pm)A little short-staffed, and the broccoli cheddar soup was low (only filled half a container). When I went to pay, they gave me a price discount. That worked out okay but I was still hungry.

(October 5, 2019, 4:03 pm)This Pilot is small but with amenities and great access to all your needs. 3 washers and 3 dryers, nice clean showers, great food at the stop and all around you. Also close access to Dollar store and Walmart.
