Taco Bell

Brand new restaurant...still has that new smell...friendly staff...our order was hot and just as we ordered it...convenient location right off 394 in Crete.
So glad to see this store built.

After waiting for this one to be open for a few months, I decided to try it for a more realistic review. Here is my review as of Q1 2019...

Noteworthy Things:
- Outdoor eating area
- Self service kiosk
- Customization options at self service
- New in Q4 2018
- Low/out of several sauces
- Manager is disrespectful to employees
- Still not organized after 4+ months of being open
- They are clearly trying very hard
- They are still hiring for all positions including mgmt

This is a brand new Taco Bell. Very clean and very attentive staff at the cash registers, but the food here takes FOREVER. Been here a few times now, and it's not uncommon to wait 10+ minutes for food. I really hope this is something that will improve over time since it is a newer location, but it's hard to justify going here when it can be such an ordeal. There is a location just a few minutes away that can serve food in less than a third of the time, which is essential for "fast" food.
