MOD Pizza

Seriously love this place. I know it's "fast casual" but the ingredients are always fresh and they cook the pizza perfectly. And you get however many toppings you want. Plus they have great prices on crazy beer pitchers and $2 drafts on Tuesdays. The staff is always friendly and the place is perfect for kids. My little guy loves making his own pizza. He literally licks the plate clean every time.

Love their pizzas. Choose from one of their creations or customize your own pizza to whatever you want and it's all the same cost. They have tons of options including salads. Definitely worth a try.

First the good. Pizza dough definitely has real Italian 00 flour in the mix. Its texture and appearance feels very similar to what you might find at a high end Italian Bistro. The bad.

Salad, we ordered two Cesar salads and found they used way too much preservative (usually a powder added to chilled water in a large cleaned sink that the lettuce is bathed in) that made it taste worse then that awful precut and bagged lettuce from the grocery store.
Employees were very, very nice but on an online order they were very skimpy on toppings (won’t do that again). On our third try, I ordered a double crust (twice as thick) it was only half cooked. On our 4th try (myself at the order counter) I noticed that most of the salami was brown except for what they added on top. It looked like it had gone sour and I’m puzzled as to why they just added fresh on top and didn’t remove the brown.
I’d be careful but overall it’s extremely good pizza.

I included 3 pictures of the uncut pizzas to go we ordered and reheated in our oven.

WOW!! What a great experience! This was my first time here. It’s a little overwhelming, all of the choices. The people who made my pizza were super good at explaining everything. The pizza was delicious. The restaurant itself is very clean, the decor was very fun. Thanks MOD! I’ll be back.

Great pizza with tons of customization! Split a pizza with my 6 year old-- fast service and very friendly. They even have decent beer sold by the glass/pitcher. Definitely a quality over quantity place.
